Claire Prince
Director /Principal Psychologist
Claire is a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of settings including telehealth, face-to-face individual, and group therapy, in private practice as well as government and not-for-profit organisations.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Claire is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is registered with Medicare Australia. She completed her training at The University of Western Australia, Curtin University, and the College of Professional Psychology. Her teaching qualification was obtained from Edith Cowan University
Claire provided individually tailored and evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies to help clients to gain a better understanding of themselves and their difficulties or challenges. Claire then works with the client in identifying ways to effectively manage these issues, helping clients to build stronger foundations for life.

Claire primarily works within Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Based Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. Utilising these approaches helps clients to better understand themselves, their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This helps them to develop alternative coping strategies, skills, and responses to better manage their challenges and lives.
